About the Group
The Greater Cincinnati Writer's League is a diverse group of poets ranging from inexperienced poets to the highly decorated. We meet on the 2nd Friday of each month to workshop 8 to 9 submitted poems. What differentiates our group from others is the use of a guest critic who reviews and comments on each poem prior to the rest of the group weighing in with constructive feedback. Our guest critics are always highly successful poets / educators in the field including current and past poet laureates from Cincinnati and Ohio.
