About the Group
Hi!
Critical Affections is a monthly online gathering for writers of fiction, literary fiction and creative non-fiction. Our goal is to foster intimate, long-term literary collaborations through workshops and peer support. We will meet once a month (on any Saturday decided upon collectively) to share stories or ideas in progress; we close read, offer engaged feedback, and reflect on what it means to make art in the long term. Best suited for writers with a growing track record who wish to think seriously about publishing and professionalization.
