About the Group
Monday 9PM to 10:30PM Atlantic time via Zoom
Genre-wide, this limited time workshop is meant to give you a chance to generate new work while attending to the craft of writing. In some sessions, we will engage in improv exercises, while in others we will follow written directions. In all the sessions, we will pay attention to things like sonics, verb choice, dialog, line-ending, compression, etc. This workshop will be of use to all writers. We all want intensity in our work, deeper meaning, fluidity and rhythm. Craft is the way to achieve those effects.
