About the Group
Join The Algorithmic Author. Your guide is me, Jayne Lytel, chief AI architect at the R42 Group, a Washington Post alum, and Perigee author. I'll explore ways with you so you can put AI to work in your writing without giving up your copyright. Every session follows The Authors Guild's guidance for its Human Written Author certification. Expect tools, research techniques that combine generative artificial intelligence with open source intelligence techniques. I'll push past your usual limits to tell your story your way, and in your own words.
As of October 13, 2026, I'm starting office hours from 11 a.m. to noon EDT every Tuesday to "Ask Me Anything" about generative AI. Please let me know if another time is better.
